How we work: We work closely and interactively with our clients in a highly customized, flexibly evolving manner. We work both on a project basis and in an advisory capacity (either for one-off matters or in an on-going relationship). In addition to confidential client work, we also advise on client speeches and written communications, conferences, and events. We offer seminars, training programs, off-site programs, programs tailored to various professional organizations, and individual coaching. Our global diverse client base includes international business and non-profit clients of varying sizes and sectors from start-ups to global institutions. We work in person and through Skype.
Our Philosophy of Ethics
We believe ethics is a multi-dimensional process of rigorous questioning and decision-making on the basis of all relevant information and the client’s values and objectives. Ethics is a fundamental part of individual and organizational identity and success, penetrating all areas and levels of an organization. We believe ethics is integrally linked to strategy, governance, operations, and external relations. We do not believe ethics is about telling people what to do or even in most cases determining absolute right from wrong.
We approach ethics as a positive dynamic process – not a decision or project.
Why Ethics is Essential

International Scope
We operate globally, with a particular focus on the US, Europe, and China. We have broad language capacity, including French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Italian. We work regularly with translators as necessary for other languages.
